Kia ora Pūkeko,
It was so lovely seeing your smiling faces at our Google Meet this morning. Thank you very much for sharing your gifts and clothes and crocodiles from our story last week. You all had such clever ideas! It was wonderful to see what other fun learning you have been doing in your bubbles. You are all very creative and have super smart parents too!
I had so much fun reading you one of my favourite stories today: Green Eggs and Ham by Dr Seuss. Here is a link to the story if you would like to listen to it again.
Before our next Google Meet on Wednesday you could:
1. Talk about and draw (or make!) a food that you don't like.
2. Invent a crazy food that you would give the grumpy grouch in the story to try. Draw it or make it with things from around your house.
Here is a photo of Mrs Wales' crazy food invention - Blue spaghetti with pink meat balls!
Remember to bring your creation along to our next Google Meet on Wednesday, or you can email mgibson12.pukeko@blogger.com to upload a photo of your creation to the blog.
See you on Wednesday!
The Pūkeko Teachers
