This week we have had some new Heart Zones activities out that we have been really enjoying. The playdough table is a really fun place to play - we have made spaghetti, sausages, cakes, pies, cookies, snowmen, numbers, shapes and all sorts of other creations. Mrs Wales put some big paper and special felt pens out and we have been impressing her with our wonderful, detailed pictures of houses, mermaids and gardens. Some of us were practising writing numbers and drawing shapes at the whiteboard table. All our normal favourites have been out too, like the mobilo and the wooden arches and tunnels. We have been making fighter jets, trains, cars and other things that transform and fly. Check out our awesome learning!

Wow Pūkeko, your heart zones are pretty cool. We like how you have created lots of different things. How long will you have with these activities before they change again? From your friends in Ruma Weka at Kaniere School.
ReplyDeleteHello Ruma Weka! Thank you for looking at our blog and leaving us a comment. We are having some of the same Heart Zones this week and then they will change after the holidays. One of the new things is some goose and icecream colouring because our letters of the week are G and I. From your friends in Pūkeko.
