This past week we have been learning about the letters s, a and t. We have been practising the names and sounds of these letters, as well as how to form them for writing. On Wednesday we listened to the story The Tiger Who Came to Tea. We talked about all the things in the story that started with t - tiger, tea, table, teapot, tins, tap.
In the story the tiger eats all of the food and drinks all of the drink. We decided to draw food we thought the tiger would like to eat if he came to our houses or our school. Check out our tasty ideas!
Koey: "Here is some cake for the tiger."
Patrick: "The tiger ate a whole cake and everything in the fridge."
Rizak: "The tiger eats everything!"
Aarush: "The tiger eats all my food so there is nothing for Dad!"
Rhys: "Here is a strawberry and a teapot with tea in it for the tiger."
Lina: "The tiger ate chips and burgers."
Alby: "This food is for the tiger."
Subhan: "The drawers were empty. The tiger drank all the water from the kitchen. The tiger ate all of the cake. The fridge was empty."
